Overview In this role you will define technology standards and design VC room packages to meet business needs, while providing expert operations support for corporate video conferencing. You will contribute to a large-scale VC program with 500+ rooms across 11 states and collaborate with third-party installers and hardware vendors. You'll own the design, delivery, operations, and lifecycle of VC endpoints and related tech, translating complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. You will work with end users up to the C Suite and help drive service excellence in collaboration services.
Responsibilities- Define and enforce enterprise video conferencing standards and room package designs
- Design, deliver, and operate VC endpoints and related technologies
- Coordinate with third-party installation teams and hardware vendors
- Perform root-cause analysis and support for VC systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot with tools like Teams Admin Portal, Poly Lens, Cisco Control Hub, ThousandEyes
- Monitor and optimize network-based VC performance and reliability
- Engage with end users including executives to ensure effective VC experiences
- Maintain lifecycle management for VC endpoints and associated infrastructure
Key requirements- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of enterprise video conferencing (MS Teams and Zoom)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Poly, Neat, QSC, and related VC solutions
- Experience analyzing failures using Teams Admin Portal, Poly Lens, Cisco Control Hub, and ThousandEyes
- Experience with Cisco endpoints and ThousandEyes preferred
- Excellent communication skills for interactions across all levels, including C-Suite
- Relevant certifications such as QSC, MS Teams, etc.
