Overview

As a Principal HRBP, you will shape and execute talent strategy across multiple business groups, partnering with matrixed peers to deliver comprehensive HR solutions. You'll align with Centers of Excellence to support executives, managers, and teams, focusing on Growth, Engineering, and Processing Technologies. This hybrid role blends strategic change with hands-on coaching, talent management, and performance/compensation planning to drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational change initiatives on values and behaviors across cross-functional HR programs
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, assessing and measuring program effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and peers to enable HR solutions
  • Coach managers and mentor employees on team dynamics and employee relations
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and close technical talent and retain top performers
  • Drive developmental opportunities and performance management aligned to annual HR calendar
  • Deliver performance and compensation planning, talent management, succession planning, and training
  • Promote an integrated mindset to connect business units and drive the Management Operating System
  • Collaborate with leaders to empower, engage, and hold teams accountable for results
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 6+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience supporting Growth, Engineering, Program Management, and related functions
  • Experience in across a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills with influence without authority
  • Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders and peers
  • Ability to travel within the United States as needed
