Overview In this role you will implement the strategic HR plan and drive a competitive people agenda. You will ensure legal compliance across employee relations, training, investigations, and decision-making. You will partner with Supply Chain leadership to shape programs and policies, aligning with company values of respect, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Responsibilities- Implement and oversee the strategic HR plan to create a competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies across employee relations activities.
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership for planning and development of new and existing programs and policies.
- Oversee training, investigations, and decision-making processes with proper follow-through.
- Lead and coach HR team to align business and people practices with safety and compliance goals.
- Support development and maintenance of an inclusive culture within the campus.
- Coordinate succession planning and career development initiatives; monitor their effectiveness.
- Advise leadership on HR and legal issues and maintain confidential information with integrity.
Key requirements- Bachelor in Human Resources (or related field) with 5+ years as HR generalist or similar role
- SHRM SCP/CP, PHR or SPHR certification
- Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills
- Proven ability to protect highly confidential information
- Ability to build relationships, manage conflict, and influence others
- Self-motivated with initiative and results-orientation
