Sr. Recruiter

As Sr. Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring across a diverse portfolio of roles in a manufacturing setting. You'll partner with business leaders and HR partners to shape recruiting strategies, define role expectations, and build tailored plans for searches. You'll manage a high-volume workload while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and proactive pipelines for technical talent. This contract role offers impact by aligning talent strategy with business needs and driving efficient hiring workflows.

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for specialized and management-level roles across multiple domains (sales, marketing, engineering, software/IT, quality, operations, project management, finance, product management)
• Manage a high-volume requisition load (around 15 openings at a time) with consistent candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define role expectations, align on compensation, and tailor recruiting plans
• Develop proactive talent pipelines, especially for hard-to-find and technical talent segments
• Utilize tools to track candidates, identify talent, and support efficient hiring workflows
• Serve as a consultative advisor to hiring leaders by clarifying business needs and recommending talent strategies
• Maintain ongoing communication, provide updates, and keep searches on track
• Coordinate with recruiting support resources to ensure process accuracy, scheduling efficiency, and attention to detail across hiring stages
