• Direct the hotel's facilities operations, safety, and compliance for buildings, HVAC, life safety, and grounds
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and energy-management initiatives
• Lead capital projects and property rehabilitations, including budgeting, bidding, and permitting
• Drive daily operations, guest service initiatives, product quality, inventory, budgeting, and forecasting
