Overview As Account Supervisor in FH's Health & Life Science practice, you will lead day-to-day activities, guide project work with senior teammates, and build cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic healthcare communications. You'll manage campaigns for an oncology-focused brand, cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, media, and other stakeholders, and drive client objectives and profitability. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day activities for the Health & Life Science account teams
- Coordinate team resources and mentor junior staff
- Develop and refine high-quality materials (strategic plans, press materials, social copy)
- Drive strategic plans and campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Build relationships with external audiences (third parties, healthcare professionals, media)
- Manage client program plans and budgets and report progress
- Identify opportunities for incremental business growth
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel
Key requirements- Minimum 4+ years of experience
- Biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare communications experience in a communications agency
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable ideas
- Collaborative with strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate clinical data into lay language for diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of digital media in integrated strategies and traditional media in healthcare
- Ability to lead and train junior staff and manage workflow
- Excellent writing and editing skills and media relations experience
