Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Accurately take and prepare guest orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide top-notch guest experience through friendly interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and serving hot and fresh meals.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative family environment by working effectively with team members.
  • Speed of Service: Maintain fast and efficient service times while ensuring order accuracy.
  • Upselling & Product Knowledge: Suggest menu items or promotions to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
  • Handling Guest Concerns: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
