Overview In this role you support EPCM-driven hyperscale data center delivery by managing project information, coordinating documentation, and ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. You work closely with the Project Manager and team to apply financial awareness and proactive problem-solving. The position emphasizes cost reporting, controls, procurement coordination, and stakeholder communication. You'll mentor junior staff and help foster a collaborative, result-driven environment. Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager in change management processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to monthly cost reporting with insights and analysis
- Adhere to project controls procedures including cost tracking, pay applications, and reporting
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery to maintain schedules
- Review shop drawings for accuracy and contract compliance
- Ensure project documentation is organized and shared across stakeholders
- Encourage innovative solutions to project challenges
- Strengthen client relationships through a customer-centric approach
- Demonstrate understanding of multiple market sectors and delivery methods
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience with a general contractor, construction manager, or large trade contractor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to set measurable performance goals and hold teams accountable
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and engagement
- Understanding of financial management principles and project profitability impact
- Ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences and deliver technical documentation
- Working knowledge of construction cost controls and reporting practices
- Familiarity with MEP systems and coordination
