Overview As Senior Accountant, you will own the full accounting function, ensuring accurate records and reliable reporting. You will work closely with leadership to provide clear insights into business performance and support planning decisions. You will partner with affiliated parent organizations to prepare financial information for broader corporate reporting. You will drive strong controls, timely closes, and compliant financial processes that scale with the business. Responsibilities- Oversee the full accounting cycle and maintain accurate financial records with proper documentation
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and prepare financial statements and management reports
- Develop budgets, monitor spending trends, and analyze results to inform profitability and planning
- Reconcile bank activity, manage cash movement, and coordinate timely payments to uphold financial control
- Administer payroll, prepare tax-related documentation, and ensure timely filings and payments
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting, including statutory and tax requirements
- Review financial data to identify trends, optimize resource use, and propose practical solutions to issues
- Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting tools for accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare financial reports for parent organizations and management stakeholders
