Senior Deal Administrator - Collateralized Loan Obligation

Overview

In this role you support the CLO unit within Global Corporate Trust by settling trades, managing cash flows, and ensuring accurate portfolio data. You will produce client reports and assist Analysts with investor reporting, acting as a key data custodian. The position sits in a high volume, regulatory driven environment where precision and timely data are essential. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain data integrity and support client deliverables, contributing to the unit's role in structured finance. This opportunity offers hands on experience in collateralized finance within a leading bank.

Responsibilities
  • settle bond/bank loan trades and invest excess cash as directed by Portfolio Manager
  • book cash inflows/outflows to the portfolio
  • track asset attributes (accrual information, rating, industry codes, etc.)
  • provide regular client reports (daily/monthly/quarterly)
  • assist Analysts with investor reporting
  • ensure data accuracy and timeliness through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Finance or related field; equivalent work experience
  • typically four or more years of relevant work experience
  • thorough knowledge of assigned functional area, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • strong organizational and detail orientation
  • well developed indenture interpretation and analytical skills
  • effective verbal and written communication
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
  • proficient with MS Office
