Overview In this role you will analyze, design, and administer compensation programs to ensure equity, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals. You will lead incentive plans and pay polices, guiding leaders and partners across the company. Expect to tackle large, moderately complex compensation projects, driving improvements and governance with a focus on compliance and market benchmarking. This is an in-office role with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and practical, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities- Design and administer compensation programs including salary structures and incentive plans
- Review base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, and sales compensation
- Analyze compensation through job analysis, benchmarking, and market surveys
- Develop and support non-cash rewards and recognition programs to boost engagement
- Analyze compensation-related issues and recommend enhancements to solve problems
- Assess competitive compensation and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Ensure understanding of regulatory requirements related to compensation programs
- Support large compensation and reward program projects and mentor lower-level professionals
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in compensation
- Strong working knowledge of compensation programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
