Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of data center and network build projects, aligning with Oracle's governance and strategic roadmap. You will coordinate across Design, Engineering and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. You'll manage vendor relationships, regulatory considerations, and risk mitigation to enable scalable, efficient data center programs. This high-impact position offers autonomy and accountability in shaping complex, multi-site initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery from planning to outcomes
  • Develop long-term strategies for data center construction and network builds
  • Coordinate design and construction ahead of contracting with design and construction teams
  • Oversee all phases of data center construction to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets
  • Coordinate tenant fit-out and LV integration with overall project scope
  • Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers
  • Develop and manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect timelines and costs
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communication with internal and external teams
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes for construction and operations
  • Conduct regular project site visits to monitor schedule, coordination and quality
