Responsibilities- Design assets for digital and print marketing (websites, emails, social, ads, brochures, signage, sales materials)
- Translate objectives and brand standards into visually compelling designs to support engagement and performance
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, copywriters, and designers from concept to final delivery
- Prepare production-ready files and ensure accessibility and technical standards across platforms
- Apply brand guidelines and adapt assets for different audiences and channels
- Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and manage multiple projects to deadlines
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries to ensure consistency
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to improve marketing quality
- Contribute to expanding reusable design templates and resources
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Maintain professional and ethical business practices to support company success
Key requirements- Figma experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience
- Experience creating digital and print marketing materials
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Ability to interpret creative direction, manage priorities, and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work with written and oral instructions and DRH applications
- Visible capacity to sit for extended periods and perform related tasks
