Complex Customer Service Manager

In this role you lead multi-site customer support teams, driving efficiency, profitability, and satisfaction through service and operations strategies. You will act as a front-line decision maker for major accounts, including those with enterprise agreements, and provide SME guidance to the team. You will set developmental objectives, share accountability for goals, and shape processes to improve overall performance. • Provide overall direction and leadership to customer support teams across multiple sites
• Improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through service and operations strategies
• Serve as front-line decision maker for major customer accounts, including enterprise agreements
• Act as a subject matter expert resource for team members
• Handle requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations

• Eight or more years of customer relations experience in the Corrugated Box Industry
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or related experience and/or training
• Preferred: experience in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred: computer data-entry experience
• High school diploma or GED (required)
