Overview In this role you will advise clients on estate planning and trust administration, preparing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. You will conduct targeted legal research to support planning and tax considerations, and represent clients in probate and trust matters. Collaborating with clients and colleagues, you will develop comprehensive estate plans and ensure best-practice service. You will stay current on estate and tax developments and contribute to firm growth through client relationship efforts. Responsibilities- Advise clients on estate planning and trust administration matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on estate planning, gift and estate tax, and related areas.
- Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive estate planning strategies.
- Stay current on developments in estate and tax law to ensure best practices and client service.
- Participate in firm business development and client relationship management efforts as needed.
