Overview As Manager, SAP FICO in KPMG Advisory, you will lead large SAP FICO engagements for Oil & Gas clients, guiding the full project lifecycle and risk management. You'll act as a Solution Architect for SAP FICO domains (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury) and mentor a team of advisory staff. You'll cultivate senior client relationships and shape business development efforts through proposals and scoping. Responsibilities- Manage and deliver large-scale SAP advisory engagements in Oil & Gas, overseeing lifecycle, engagement financials, and risk
- Lead as Solution Architect for SAP FICO (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury)
- Evaluate technology controls and provide strategic insights to client leadership
- Drive senior client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to executives
- Lead business development from identifying opportunities to scoping engagements and creating proposals/SOWs
- Develop and mentor advisory staff through supervision and career guidance
- Uphold integrity and professional standards in a collaborative work environment
Key requirements- Minimum five years in SAP FICO consulting
- Led at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Deep functional experience in Oil & Gas business processes
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Proven track record in managing project teams, engagement financials, and client relationships
- Experience in business development including proposals and client presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior management
- Willingness to travel as needed
