PI Trial Attorney

In this role you will lead plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, guiding cases from near expert designation through trial readiness. You will work with a collaborative team in south LA to shape strategy, pursue favorable settlements, and prepare for courtroom appearances. You'll manage a docket, coordinate experts, and support ongoing case development with senior leadership. • Manage a docket of 20-25 plaintiff personal injury cases approaching expert designation and trial readiness
• Develop litigation strategies aimed at favorable settlements or trial progression
• Oversee pre-trial activities: expert coordination, deposition prep, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance representatives to resolve claims
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, settlement conferences, and trials as needed
• Collaborate with firm leadership, case managers, and support staff throughout each case
• Prepare persuasive briefs, motions, and other litigation documents supporting trial strategy
