Overview

In this role you will lead executive talent research, sourcing, and market intelligence to support leadership hiring across the organization. You work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define search strategies and build executive talent pipelines. You provide data-driven insights and coordinate assessments to ensure alignment with search criteria and succession planning. This position offers remote work in the US, with occasional travel, and a focus on impacting leadership decisions in a global healthcare technology leader.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define executive search strategies, leadership requirements, and candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute research strategies to map target industries, competitors, and executive talent pools
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage executive candidates using advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, market mapping)
  • Create and maintain executive talent pipelines and target company lists
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and leadership experience
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate market intelligence to inform hiring strategies
  • Prepare and present updates, market analyses, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain accurate candidate, company, and search activity data in ATS and CRM systems
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in executive search/recruitment or Advanced degree with 8+ years in executive search/recruitment
  • Experience conducting executive talent research, market mapping, and proactive sourcing for leadership roles
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM platforms, and advanced Boolean techniques
  • Experience conducting candidate assessments and managing executive-level engagement throughout the search process
  • Experience presenting talent market insights, sourcing strategies, and pipeline updates to stakeholders
