Overview In this role you will serve as the property's strategic financial leader, shaping and executing financial strategies to support brand service goals and maximize ROI. You'll develop and implement business plans aligned with property and brand objectives, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. You will partner with property leadership to drive profit, safeguard assets, and deliver strong financial results while supporting cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual operating budget for the property
- Forecast and monitor sales vs. projections; analyze variances
- Provide analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost savings
- Maintain robust internal controls and asset protection
- Lead development and execution of the comprehensive annual business plan
- Oversee auditing processes and ensure compliance with SOPs/LSOPs
- Guide and develop team through hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Present financial insights to owners, GM, and executive committee
- Manage working capital and cash flow in line with brand requirements
- Ensure accurate P&L reporting and tax compliance
Key requirements- Bachelor in Finance and Accounting or related major with 2 years experience, or Master in Finance and Accounting with no work experience required
