Overview In this contract role based in Austin, you will create visual and multimedia content to support brand awareness, business development, and employee engagement. You'll blend graphic design, photography, videography, and digital storytelling to strengthen internal and external communications. You work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across channels. This position offers hands-on creative impact and opportunities to shape content that drives brand presence. You'll lead multimedia projects and coordinate with vendors to deliver compelling visuals.
Responsibilities- Design and produce graphics, presentations, digital content, and marketing materials for business development, recruiting, corporate communications, and events
- Develop and execute visual content strategies across social media, websites, and digital channels
- Create, edit, and manage photography, videography, motion graphics, and multimedia assets to strengthen brand presence
- Support proposal, presentation, and client-facing marketing through visual storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, operations, and leadership to align content with goals and messaging
- Manage digital asset libraries (photos, video, graphics, brand resources)
- Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, and partners on multimedia projects
- Assist with internal and external communications campaigns including employee engagement, recruiting, thought leadership, and corporate marketing
- Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, video, social media, and presentations
- Lead creation of video and visual communications for strategic business initiatives
- Coordinate professional photography sessions, project imagery, and employee headshots
- Manage multimedia equipment and ensure proper maintenance, storage, and operation
- Travel to locations and events to capture content and support marketing initiatives
