About the Role: Studio on Willow in Little Silver, NJ, is looking for a friendly, organized Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio! Responsibilities:- Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Assist with client inquiries and general studio information
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily studio operations
Requirements:- Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience in a salon preferred; experience with Vagaro is a PLUS
- Cosmetology license is a BONUS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and/or weekends, required
