Treatment Coordinator - $18-$24/hr Alternating Saturdays Benefits San Antonio, TX
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 6 PM, plus alternating Saturdays, 8:45 AM - 3 PM

Your day-to-day
- Walk patients through their treatment plans, follow-up care, and costs
- Make financial and insurance conversations feel calm and clear
- Set up payment options that work for each patient
- Partner with doctors and the clinical team to keep care moving
- Keep the schedule full and running smoothly
- Stay on top of referrals, claims, RCM tracking, and treatment notes
- Handle daily tasks like route slips, checklists, and emails
- Work with outside agencies when needed to support patient care
