Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) - Hamden, CT

Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut is seeking a poised, professional Medical Receptionist to join our Hamden office. This is a key front-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering a refined, seamless patient experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.

As the first point of contact, you set the tone for each patient visit, delivering a balance of warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting the flow of the practice.

We are a privately owned dermatology group with nine locations, known for providing high-quality, patient-focused care. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy
• Accurately collect and verify insurance and demographic information
• Manage incoming calls with efficiency and discretion
• Coordinate and maintain provider schedules
• Triage patient needs and communicate effectively with clinical staff
• Process payments with accuracy and attention to detail

Schedule
Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays offered.

• Strong computer proficiency, including scheduling and data entry systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
• Clear, professional communication skills
