Hours: Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm, 11p - 7a

Requirements of the Receptionist:
Long Term Care: 1 year (Preferred, but not required)
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is required.
Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Operate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and to direct callers to
appropriate personnel
Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc
Greet visitors and direct to appropriate office and/or resident room
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and maintain route publications
Monitor visitor access and sign-in process.
Provide administrative assistance to the Administrative staff.
Must adhere to all HIPAA requirements.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Supports Business Office Manager with tasks including, but not limited to, accounts payable, residents funds, filing, etc.
