Business Team Receptionist

We're actively interviewing for a Business Team Associate at our Oakland, NJ headquarters-perfect for detail-oriented, organized go-getters looking to launch their administrative career! Experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right candidate with strong clerical skills and a great attitude. Part-time and full-time roles available (FT: Mon-Th, 8-5, Fri 7-3).

What You'll Do:

• Verify insurance benefits
• Track claim statuses
• Work with providers for authorizations
• Assist patients with friendly, professional support
• Handle records, correspondence, and general office tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Insurance/billing knowledge is a plus-but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Someone who enjoys a light-hearted, collaborative workplace
