About the Role: S&R Hotels Inc in Bethlehem, PA is looking for a reliable and personable Front Desk Evening/Audit team member to join our hospitality family! Responsibilities:- Greet and check in/check out guests with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening and overnight hours
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and generating end-of-day reports
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management system (PMS)
- Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Monitor hotel security and safety during overnight hours, escalating issues as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs
Requirements:- Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Availability to work evening and/or overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and accounting skills for audit and cash handling responsibilities
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
