Job requirements and responsibilities include:

Checking guests in and out

Basic mathematical skills and use of calculator to make calculations without error

Ability to stand and move around continuously

Making reservations, data entry and attention to detail

Ability to use phone, computer copy/fax and computer systems and programs

Ability to remain calm in high volume, high stress situations and respond with patience, tact, diplomacy and kindness to defuse anger and resolve conflicts.

Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Exceptional customer service with friendly, sincere and positive attitude and a SMILE!

High School diploma is preferred.

Prior hotel front desk experience is preferred.

Applicants with additional language skills preferred.

Knowledge of the Ann Arbor and surrounding area is a plus.
