We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Club Pilates Parker, an independently owned studio. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be sales and customer relations to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Position Type: Part Time - weekday afternoons and evenings, plus weekends
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Ability to be on your feet for much of a shift
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
- Pilates experience preferred but not required - we will train you
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the studio
- Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales
- Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Book quality appointments and follow up with prospective members
- Reach out to current members who haven't been in recently to support retention
- Participate in community events and studio-hosted themed events to promote the studio and build our member community
- Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment, including basic end-of-shift cleaning
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills; other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- This position offers an hourly wage of $20.00/hr plus 10% commission paid on sales
