ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I've been in the insurance business for 10 years, and my family has been part of the industry for more than 67 years. Today, our agency includes a team of eight and continues to grow with a strong focus on professionalism, service, and long-term career development.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Economics from Penn State University and a CLU designation, and I'm licensed across multiple states in property and casualty, life and health, annuities, and financial services. Our office was also recognized as a 2026 Top 3 "Best of the Best" insurance agency in Southwest Pennsylvania.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Britney Hollick - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
