Answer & Direct Calls - Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
Clerical Support - Handle filing, scheduling, and data entry tasks.
Coordinate Deliveries & Appointments - Ensure efficient communication within the facility.
Maintain a Professional & Organized Front Desk - Create a positive first impression for all who enter.
Qualifications:Previous Reception or Administrative Experience (Preferred)
Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
Ability to Multitask & Stay Organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Basic Office Equipment
