Classic Genesis, located in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking to add a part-time Receptionist to our team.
Work Schedule
Monday through Thursday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Position Responsibilities
Our Receptionist serves as the dealership's front-line contact with our customers and the public and must represent Classic Genesis in a professional, welcoming, and friendly manner at all times.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls
- Taking accurate and thorough messages
- Providing basic information to callers
- Greeting customers as they enter the dealership
- Directing customers to the appropriate salesperson, manager, or department
- Answering general customer inquiries
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception and showroom environment
- Providing general clerical and administrative support as needed
