We're looking for an organized, friendly, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental team! The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with patients, can manage a busy schedule with ease, and has experience with insurance and billing.
Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
Verify insurance, process claims, and handle billing inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth office flow
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and organizational abilities
Experience with dental billing and scheduling preferred
Open Dental experience a plus!
