Receptionist

Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
• Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Perform tasks as assigned by the nursing staff, such as escorting patients to appointments and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information
• Provide administrative support to the nursing team, including preparing and updating patient charts and records
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software systems to perform tasks and maintain accuracy
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills and experience with medical software a plus
