Receptionist

Farmers Insurance is now hiring a full-time receptionist with one of their largest agencies in the country and we are looking for a new quarterback to run all the calls to our team members. Opportunities to get licensed and move up to a full service position are based on the individual's willingness to advance in their career. MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND MUST COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT to be considered.

• Provide basic service, including answering phones and greeting clients.

• Assist agents and clients by providing information and addressing certain inquiries.

• Process and review insurance documentation for completion.

• Accept and process customer payments.

• Manage office supply inventory.

• Serve as a backup for other roles as needed.

• Maintain and organize confidential customer insurance files.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must have office experience, MUST SPEAK SPANISH to be considered and MUST COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT when prompted to do so. Failure to complete the assessment will void out your resume submission.
