Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Saint John Paul II in Danbury, CT. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This is a per diem position that requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and last-minute coverage.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Compile reports and complete administrative tasks such as typing and filing
• Maintain office equipment and records
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail to the center
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring residents and families receive the highest quality of care in a caring and compassionate atmosphere
• Perform other duties as requested
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a computerized environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and provide a professional image at all times
• Ability to work independently and make decisions as necessary
What We Offer:
