Front Desk Concierge - Frenchies Modern Nail Care
Part-Time Clean, Non-Toxic Nail Studio Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $16+ per hour (depending on experience and schedule availability)

About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and reliable Concierge to be the face of our studio. This front desk role is essential to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
  
• Answer phones, handle guest questions, and resolve basic concerns
  
• Promote our Polish Pass membership program
  
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment - not a lot of time to sit down!
  
• Coordinate with nail specialists and management to support smooth operations
