At the Springhill, located in the growing TBK Sports Complex right off of I-80, no two days are ever the same.

What duties does the Front Desk Agent perform:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering phones, taking guest reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs, answering questions about the hotel and area, along with handling and resolving guest complaints.

- Stays calm under pressure during busy game weekends
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift
