Front Desk
Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team at Chai Care in Okeechobee, FL, where we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. As a Front Desk representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience, from greeting andchecking-in patients to coordinating appointments and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Check-in patients, obtain necessary information, and update electronic medical records
Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with providers and departments as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Update patient information, insurance, and payment records
Maintain a clean and organized front office, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
0 years of experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (EMRs) and Microsoft Office Suite
