• Greet patients, families, and visitors, and direct them to their appointments or destinations

• Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and handle routine correspondence

• Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and manually

• Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and tests

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless communication

• Provide administrative support to the clinical team, as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
