Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Provide an upbeat and positive first point of contact answering phone calls
• Email and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Email potential client marketing materials
• Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
