Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and helping customers resolve issues.
- Assisting Agent with daily tasks, reports, appointments, and scheduling.
- Data entry, transcription, file management, email management, and research.
- Maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
