We are a local State Farm Insurance agency seeking a licensed Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a positive team player who approaches their work with integrity, focus, and the ability to maintain a calm, organized workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to maintain and update customer accounts
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Keep customer accounts well-organized and up to date
- Communicate clearly and efficiently to meet customer needs
Qualifications:- Maryland Insurance License (required - to be obtained)
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to relate effectively to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs
- Excellent phone communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG plus
