Dean's Professional Services is now hiring for qualified Medical Receptionist to work in the Katy area for a Large Healthcare Organization.
Medical Receptionist Job Details:
Location: Katy, TX 77450
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front-office point of contact and represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcome patients, visitors, clients, and staff and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative activities.
- Check-in/check-out, insurance verification, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, correspondence, and files.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, leadership, and internal departments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant or medical office experience preferred.
- Clean Power EMR experience preferred.
