ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on 1/1/2026 and we've already built a strong team of five who are excited about growing together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in retirement services and leadership - which shaped my passion for helping people plan ahead, protect what matters, and feel confident about their future.
I have a degree in Education and I'm also a proud parent of eight, so supporting families and building a positive, encouraging environment comes naturally. Giving back is important to our agency as well, and we love staying connected to the community by supporting local schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tonya Springer - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
