Are you a friendly, organized, and energetic individual with a passion for helping others? Waters Edge Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community! You'll play a key role in creating a warm and professional environment for our residents, staff, families, and visitors.
About the Role:As our Receptionist, you will:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and team members in a professional and courteous manner
Manage a multi-line phone system: answer, transfer, and take messages efficiently
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals
Provide administrative support to the office management team
Assist with various clerical tasks and special projects
Schedule:5-hour shifts on the weekdays either 8am-1:15pm or 1pm-6pm.
Every 3rd weekend (both Saturday and Sunday). The weekend days are 8-hour shifts from 9am-5pm.
Qualifications:1+ year of experience in office support or data entry
Prior experience in a healthcare, senior living, or rehabilitation setting strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
