ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've worked in the insurance industry since 2008 and have been representing State Farm since 2014. Today, I lead a growing team of 12 across our Chandler and Phoenix locations. I earned my MBA from Grand Canyon University and have built my agency around providing exceptional service while creating meaningful career opportunities for the people on my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Adam Gettys - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
