ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in April 2026 and is a growing team of three with strong momentum and opportunity ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and participated in the Agent Aspirant program, building a solid foundation for success. I'm also a third-generation State Farm agent, so this business is something I truly value.
I played college football at Valparaiso University and enjoy staying active. I'm engaged, have a dog, and value both family and personal growth.

Jordan Goebel - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
