Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and professional Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable handling phones, visitors, paperwork, and basic computer tasks.
Job Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet customers, visitors, and employees
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Handle emails, messages, mail, and deliveries
Perform data entry, filing, and general office paperwork
Maintain accurate records and customer information
Assist with basic administrative and office duties
Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized
Provide professional customer service and assist with questions

Requirements

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Professional communication and phone skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
