Responsibilities:- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Process payments and manage client records accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with wellness practitioners to enhance client experience.
- Promote services and wellness programs to clients effectively.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health or wellness is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and a passion for wellness and client care.
