Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience? We're looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Assistant to join our growing orthodontic team in Space Coast, Florida!
As part of our front office team, you'll play an important role in making each patient's visit a positive one-from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave.
What You'll Bring
A friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dependability, initiative, and attention to detail
Comfort using computers and handling basic financial responsibilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful
Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
Flexibility to travel between our three locations:
Melbourne
Rockledge
South Orlando
What We Offer
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Setting: In-person, orthodontic clinic
